Maja’s Beauty Pass Policy

Thank you for choosing the services of Maja’s Beauty!
Below you will find our pass policy, which will help you understand the terms of use.

1. Validity of the Pass

• The purchased pass is valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase.

• The validity period cannot be extended, except in exceptional cases (e.g., for medical reasons, with proof).

• Any unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

2. Transferability of the Pass

• The pass is not registered to a specific name, so others may use it as well.

• However, please notify us in advance if someone else will be using the pass.

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

• Guests with a pass also need to book appointments in advance to use the services.

• Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the session will be considered used.

4. Payment and Invoicing

• The full price of the pass must be paid upfront, either in cash, by bank card, or via bank transfer.

• An invoice will be issued in all cases, on the day of purchase.

5. Additional Information

• The pass can only be used for the specific services included in it.

• In case of loss of the pass, please inform us as soon as possible so we can issue a new copy.

• We reserve the right to change prices and terms, but existing valid passes are not affected retroactively.
