Gift Card Policy

Thank you for choosing to surprise someone—or even yourself—with a Maja’s Beauty gift voucher!
The following policy will help guide you in using the voucher.

1. Validity of the Voucher

• The gift voucher is valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of issue.

• After expiration, the voucher becomes invalid, and any unused value or service cannot be refunded.

2. Usage

• The gift voucher can be redeemed for Maja’s Beauty services (e.g., facials, eyelash treatments, waxing, etc.), based on the current price list.

• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, and unused value is non-refundable.

• The voucher can be used in parts; the used amount will be deducted from the total value.

• The voucher cannot be used for product purchases, unless specifically stated otherwise.

3. Appointment Booking

• An appointment must be booked in advance to use the voucher.

• Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the service will be considered as used.

4. Transferability

• The gift voucher is transferable, so someone else may use it. However, please notify us in advance about who will be redeeming it.

5. Additional Information

• Each voucher has a unique identifier, so unfortunately, we cannot replace lost vouchers.

• We reserve the right to change prices and services, but we will honor the voucher at its full face value.
