Dear Guests,

At Maja’s Beauty, it is very important to us that every guest receives high-quality, seamless service. The following rules are in place to ensure this—please read them carefully before booking an appointment.

1. Appointment Booking and Advance Payment:

An appointment is only considered final once a 30% deposit of the selected treatment has been paid.

The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment on the day of the service.

You can pay the deposit:

• online by bank card during the booking process (you will receive an automatic confirmation email), or

• in person at the salon before the reserved appointment.

The deposit is mandatory for every rescheduled appointment as well.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, the deposit is non-refundable.

• If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance:

  • the deposit will be refunded if you do not request a new appointment.

  • the deposit can be transferred if you schedule a new appointment with us.

Please always double-check your chosen time before booking, and if you’re unable to attend, notify us as soon as possible!

3. Arrival at the Salon:
Please arrive on time for your appointment, or a few minutes earlier.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, unfortunately, we will not be able to perform the treatment, and the deposit will be forfeited in this case as well.
