Maja\u2019s Beauty Pass Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n Dear Guest,<\/strong><\/p>\n Thank you for choosing the services of Maja\u2019s Beauty! 1. Validity of the Pass<\/strong><\/p>\n The purchased pass is valid for 12 months (1 year)<\/strong> from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n The validity period cannot be extended<\/strong>, except in exceptional cases (e.g., for medical reasons, with proof).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Any unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited and are non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 2. Transferability of the Pass<\/strong><\/p>\n The pass is not registered to a specific name<\/strong>, so others may use it<\/strong> as well.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n However, please notify us in advance if someone else will be using the pass.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n Guests with a pass also need to book appointments in advance<\/strong> to use the services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance<\/strong>.
